About

Hi, I'm Dunja.

I get an actual thrill from a new tool, a new model release, a new way of solving an old problem. That's not a personality I built for LinkedIn. I love innovation. I love trying things before anyone's sure they'll work. Always have.

I didn't start in AI.

I started in management and finance, then spent years understanding how technology implementations actually succeed or quietly stall inside an organization, long before "AI transformation" was the term everyone used. New systems, new processes, the unglamorous rollout phase nobody puts in the case study. AI turned out to be the most interesting implementation problem I've run into yet. Same fundamentals, higher stakes, faster clock.

That's still where I work today: the gap between "we should use this" and "we actually do, safely, at scale."

I'm building this brand out in the open because I love this topic too much to keep it behind a company logo. Everything I learn, test, or get wrong, I want to share. No gatekeeping, no paywalled "insider secrets," no pretending I had it figured out from day one.

What I believe

Five things I keep coming back to

  • AI adoption fails on people and process far more often than on the model itself

  • Leaders don't need more hype, they need to know what to do Monday morning

  • If I can't be specific about how something works, I don't recommend it

  • Testing a tool on myself before recommending it isn't optional, it's the job

  • "Agent" gets used for every bot with tools right now. Most of them aren't. The real question is who holds the steering wheel, you or the model
